摘要
以江苏盱眙凹凸棒土为原料,分别采用煅烧,酸、碱、氯铵和碳铵等溶液对其进行改性,考察改性凹凸棒土对钾离子的交换效果。试验表明,使用铵溶液改性后的凹凸棒土的钾离子交换效果明显增强。通过实验考察了固液比、交换时间及原液中钾离子浓度对碳酸铵改性凹凸棒土的钾离子交换量的影响。试验表明,铵盐改性凹凸棒土作为交换剂交换海水中钾元素有很好的应用前景。
Attaplgite from Jiangsu province was used as row material and treated by calcine, acid, alkali, ammonium chloride and ammonium carbonate cleaning respectively to obtain alter-attapulgte. Then the ion exchange of potassium by alter-attapulgite was investigated. The results suggested that the alter-attapulgite by ammonium chloride and ammonium carbonate cleaning had better effects. Then, some influent factors was measured in ion exchange of potassium by aher-attapulgaite which was treated by ammonium carbonate: the size of particles, solid-liquid ratio, time of ion exchanging and potassium concentration of original solution. The results suggested that it has application aspect that potassium in seawater can be exchanged using alter-attapulgite treated by ammonium solution.
