选择性吸附Pb^2+无纺布的微波制备研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了以戊二醛为交联剂,利用Pb2+与壳聚糖用微波法整理SMS复合丙纶无纺布,制备具有选择性吸附Pb2+无纺布的工艺;采用IR、DSC、TGA对SMS复合丙纶无纺布进行结构表征.实验结果表明:当交联剂在Pb2+-CTS整理液中的用量为0.02 mL.L-1时,用质量分数0.7%的整理液整理后的样品质量都增加最大,并达到饱和;当交联剂在Pb2+-CTS整理液中的用量为0.03mL.L-1时,质量分数0.4%和1%的整理液整理后的PP/SMS复合无纺布质量都增加最大,并达到饱和,复合无纺布的质量增加越多其对Pb2+的吸附性能越好。 Studied the preparation process of PP/SMS non-woven, with glutaraldehyde as corsslinking agent, by means of microwave irradiaton, Pb^2 + and chitosan. The structure of the synthesized PP/SMS non-woven was characterized by IR, DSC and TGA. Results showed that when the usage of crosslinking agent was 0.02 mL· L^- 1 in the finishing agent which content was 0.7%, the weight of sample could increase to the max and get saturated. When the usage of crosslinking agent was 0.03 mL/L, the weight of PP/SMS non-woven could increase to the max and get saturated both in finishing agent of 0.4 % and 1.0 % mass fraction. The more the weight increased, the better the absorption ablity was.
