摘要
对玉米灰斑菌产生毒素的成分和致病作用进行了初步研究。结果表明,灰斑病菌毒素的化学成分主要为蛋白类物质;毒素对不同玉米自交系种子萌发和叶片致萎程度的影响有明显差异,结果与灰斑病对不同抗性自交系的致病能力基本一致。
The component and pathogenic function of toxin produced by maize Cercospora zeae-maydis were studied. Protein was mainly content of toxin, germinating rate of seeds and degree of leaf wilt of inbred line were different when those were treated by toxin, the results were the same as pathogenic function of Cercospora zeae-maydis to differently inbreding line.
