湖南烤烟生物碱含量及其相关性分析 被引量:16

Correlation analysis and distribution characteristics of alkaloids contents of flue-cured tobacco in Hunan province

摘要 采集湖南省主产烟区B2F,C3F,X2F共3个等级烟叶样本559个,通过测定烟叶生物碱含量,研究了湖南烤烟生物碱含量的地理分布特征及与生物碱含量之间的相关性.结果表明,湖南烤烟总生物碱和烟碱含量偏高,降烟碱、假木贼碱、新烟草碱和总微量生物碱含量较低;生物碱含量从大到小依次为烟碱、新烟草碱、降烟碱、假木贼碱;烟碱转化率B2F最高,C3F次之,X2F最低;烟叶等级间生物碱含量差异极显著,从大到小依次为B2F,C3F,X2F;3大生态区烤烟的生物碱含量只有C3F烟叶的烟碱差异极显暑和新烟草碱差异显著;3个等级烤烟的烟碱、降烟碱、假木贼碱、新草烟碱含量呈极显著正相关.对烤烟生物碱含量进行趋势面分析,所建立的趋势模型拟合适度的显著性F检验,差异不显著,但具有一定的拟合优度,其3阶趋势面分析图基本能够揭示湖南烤烟生物碱含量空间分布特征及变化趋势,烟碱、降烟碱、假木贼碱以中部最高,向四周递减,新烟草碱是西北、东南部较低. A total of 559 flue-cured tobacco samples with 3 grades(B2F, C3F, X2F) were collected from the main tobacco-growing areas in Hunan Province, and their alkaloids contents were determined to study the regional characteristics of the alkaloids contents and their correlations.The results show that the total content of alkaloid and the nicotine of flue-cured tobacco was high; That of the nornicotine, the anabasine, the anatabine and total minim alkaloids were all low; alkaloids contents from high to low: nicotine, anatabine, nornicotine, anabasine; percent nicotine conversion in different grades from high to low: B2F, C3F, X2F; there is extreme significance difference in alkaloids contents of flue-cured tobacco among different grades, alkaloids contents in different grades from high to low: B2F, C3F, X2F; there is extreme significance difference in nicotine content and significance difference in anatabine content of C3F's flue-cured tobacco among 3 ecological areas; there is a positive correlation among nicotine, nornicotine, anabasine, anatabine. F examination of fitness dominance on the established trend surface model indicated the differences of alkaloids distribution were not statistically significant, but the model fitted well and three-step trend surface chart could basically demonstrate characters of geographical distribution and variation trends of alkaloids contents of flue-cured tobacco grown in Hunan province.
