摘要
结合市场经济的发展,对我国现行的招标投标管理工作进行了分析,探讨了招标投标管理工作中的正面影响和负面影响,并提出了施工招投标的改进措施及对策,以消除不正当竞争方式和行为。
Combined with the develop of market economy, it analyses the management of actual calling for tender and tender bid of our nation, discusses the positive influence and negative influence of the management of calling for tender and tender bid, and puts forward the improving steps and countermeasure of construction calling for tender and tender bid, to erase the unjust competitive style and behavior.
