摘要
通过2-氨基噻二唑与芳氧乙酰基异氰酸酯反应合成了11种新的N-(1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基)-N′-芳氧乙酰基脲化合物,产率为50.2%-68.7%。用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析测试技术确证了它们的结构.初步的生物活性测试实验表明,部分目标化合物具有优良的植物生长调节活性。其中2d、2e和2k生长素活性的促进率分别达到40.1%、35.5%和28.8%。
Eleven new aryloxyacetyl ureas were synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-1,3,4-thiodiazole with aryloxyacetyl isocynates in yields of 50. 2% -68.7%. Their structures were confirmed by IR, ~H NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological activity tests show that some target compounds have good activities as plant growth regulator. Compounds 2d, 2e, 2k have a relatively good activity of auxin and the promoting rates of them are 40. 1% , 35.5% and 28.8% respectively.
