等离子体双极电切术治疗高危前列腺增生116例报道 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗高危前列腺增生症(BPH)的安全性与有效性。方法利用等离子体双极汽化电切术(TUPKVP)治疗高危前列腺增生患者116例。结果术中出血少,无前列腺电切综合征(TURS)和闭孔神经反射的发生。术后随访6~48个月,Qmax由术前的(6.8±3.1)mL/s升高到术后的(21.3±3.7)mL/s;IPSS由(29.6±5.7)分降低到(8.2±1.8)分;QOL由(4.5±0.5)分降低至(2.5±0.5)分;剩余尿量由(358.5±216.8)mL减少到(48±15)mL。结论TUPKVP对高龄并高危前列腺增生患者来说,不适为一种安全、有效的治疗方法。
