摘要
介绍了国产铁路客车轴承工程塑料保持架在研制过程中的工艺探索,利用MOLDFLOW MPI对横梁收缩翘曲变形问题进行了模拟与分析。研究表明通过改进工艺参数,优化浇口位置以及更改产品壁厚,可以减小产品变形严重的问题,生产出符合要求的产品,产品具有良好的力学性能和运转性能。
The domestic Railway passenger car bearing plastic - cage in the development process of exploration was introduced and MOLDFLOW MPI was used to simulate and analyse beams contraction and the warpage. It has been found that by improving process parameters and optimizing gate location, and changing product thickness, the product can reduce the serious deformation, and meet the requirements of products with good mechanical properties and operating performance.
