摘要
通过基于光电检测与控制的水体固形物分离系统,对生产淀粉加工过程中产生的大量高浓度有机废水不进行厌氧处理,而使用沉淀分离、过滤分离、添加絮凝剂沉淀分离和消毒的方法.结果表明,高浓度有机废水流进沉淀池中,排污光电传感器+排污泵可把检测到的沉淀物排出沉淀池,而池中上清液被浑水光电传感器,清水泵和上浮球把检测到的上清液水排入过滤装置内进行过滤,随后加入絮凝剂进行沉淀分离,再经消毒以达到二次水利用的目的成为现实.
The heavy high density organic waste water can be generated in the course of starch processing. By a water-solid substance separating system based on photoelectricity detection and control, the feasibility was studied using deposit, filtering, adding flocculating separating and disinfection instead of anaerobic treating to handle it. The result shows that dregginess can be checked by blowdown photoelectricity sensor after high density organic waste water enter pool, and dregginess is excluded out of pool by dredge pump, in addition, supernatant fluid is checked and leaded to filter unit by turbid water photoelectricity sensor, clarified water pump and floating ball. Afterward, flocculating is added to filtering separating, then, disinfection is used. Thus, waste water is utilized once again.
