摘要
药物代谢酶在众多中西药物代谢中起着非常重要的作用.本文综述了近年来国内外学者就中药对药物代谢酶影响的研究思路、方法和进展.通过深入研究中药对药物代谢酶活性的影响,有利于中药基础理论的深入和发展;临床上应该重视中药与其他药物合用时所发生的代谢性相互作用,优化给药方案,从而提高临床用药的有效性和安全性.
Drug-metabolizing enzymes in many Western drug or Chinese medicine metabolism play a very important role. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years on traditional Chinese medicine on the impact of drug metabolism research ideas,methods and progress. Through in-depth study of traditional Chinese medicine on the impact of drug metabolism activity,basic theories of Chinese medicine is conducive to the deepening and development,clinical medicine should pay attention to when combined with other drugs by the metabolic interaction, and optimize the delivery programme to enhance the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment.
