摘要
利用有限元程序分析了不同直径的发动机主轴承螺栓预紧过程中刚度系数,将有限元计算结果与公式计算结果进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,由于公式计算对螺栓杆部应力状态的简化,公式计算螺栓杆部刚度系数随螺栓杆部直径的增加幅度大于有限元分析,当螺栓直径从16 mm变化到18 mm时,其误差约为3%。
The paper, the stiffness coefficient of different diameter main bearing bolt is calculated with FEM methods. Compared the FEM date with formula ones, the results indicate that the formula-calculated stiffness coefficient increases slower than the FEM-analyzed because the simplify of formula calculation, when diameter varied from 16 mm to 18 ram, the disparity is 3 percent.
