摘要
研究了武器装备效能随时间衰减的动态特性,提出了武器装备总效能、平均效能的概念,分析了武器装备效能的波动,为减少武器装备效能波动、提高武器装备平均效能提供了治理方案。
This article analyses the dynamic characteristic of the equipment efficiency, and points out the conception of general efficiency and average efficiency for the first time. The article also analyses the fluctuating of equipment efficiency, and puts forwards measures to controlling the fluctuating of equipment efficiency and increasing the equipment average efficiency.
