摘要
为了解决密封环热分析及温度场的具体分布问题,更深入研究密封摩擦副的温度场分布,通过建立适合的数学模型和摩擦副局部计算方法,对其进行热平衡模拟分析,事实证明,该种方法所得到的结论与实际现场工况下密封摩擦副的工作状态十分接近,其计算方法的可行性已经过分析验证,为机械密封环的设计及理论研究提供了参考依据。
In order to solving ring thermal analysis and the temperature field concrete distribution question and researching the temperature field distribution of seal rubs, In this paper, through established suitable mathematical model and with the vice-partial computational method, carded on the thermal equilibrium simulation analysis to it, the fact proved, the status of the seals rubs the vice-active under simulation is extremely close to actual, the computational method is confirmed, it provided the reference for the mechanical packing ring design and the fundamental research.
