摘要
为了确保被加工零件的质量,充分发挥机床功效和确保安全生产的顺利进行,针对模具零件的特点,详细分析了走刀、切削方式,从模具零件数控铣削加工编程中工艺参数的选择对加工质量的影响入手,介绍了模具数控加工中CAM编程时工艺参数的设定方法。并认为只有正确理解工艺参数,才能编出高质量的加工程序,加工出高质量的模具零件。
In order to ensure the quality of the processed parts, the efficiency of the machine tool and the safe production as well, the way of cutting and casting are analyzed in details based on the characteristics of the model parts. Finally, a design of technical parameters in its CAM program is introduced.Meanwhile it is emphasized that a better understanding of the technical parameters leads to high standard processing program and model parts with good quality.
