摘要
①目的探讨果胶对高脂膳食大鼠体内脂质过氧化损伤的影响。②方法取18只Wistar大鼠随机分为果胶组和对照组,果胶组大鼠在饲料中填加10%的果胶,喂养90d后测定两组大鼠的粪便脂肪排出量、血清及红细胞膜丙二醛(MDA)水平、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性、红细胞膜的流动性。③结果果胶组大鼠粪便中脂肪排出量增多,血清及红细胞膜MDA水平均显著地低于对照组(t=2.317~2.512,P均<0.05),红细胞膜的流动性显著地高于对照组(t=2.305,2.477,P均<0.05)。④结论果胶可能通过增加粪中脂肪排出量和其限食功能来降低大鼠体内的脂质过氧化水平,减少自由基的损伤。
Objective This paper was desinged to study the effect of pectin at 10% level on lipid peroxidation in rats in high fat diet. Methods Eighteen wistar rats were divided into pectin group(with 10% pectin in diet) and control group. After 90 days, the content of fat in feces, MDA in serum and erythrocyte membrane, SOD activity in erythrocyte, GSH P x activity in blood and erythrocyte membrane fluidity were studied. Results The fat content in rat feces was increased. The results showed that the MDA level in serum and RBC memebrane in pectin group was significantly lower than that of the control group; The RBC mebrane fluidity were significantly increased. Conclusion It was suggested that pectin could decrease the levels of lipid peroxidation and inhibit free radical injury by incresing the amounts of fat in feces and dietary restriction.
