摘要
为了使电梯控制模块化、整体化,设计了一种基于TMS320F2812的电梯控制模块.该模块使用TMS320F2812为控制单元,并利用它的SVPWM技术结合相应的逆变电路和信号采集电路实现了电机的变频控制,同时,TMS320F2812具有很强的逻辑控制功能,结合显示电路、输入电路等实现了电梯的呼梯、平层、楼层显示等控制.该控制模块具有结构紧凑、再开发能力强、价格低廉等优点.经过一年的实际使用表明,该电梯控制模块运行稳定、安全、高效,并得到用户的认可,具有很大的市场开发前景.
In order to make modular and whole elevator control, this article introduced the control module of elevator was introduced based on TMS320F2812. By using TMS320F2812 for the control unit, the motor inverter control was realized with SVPWM-technology, inverter circuit and circuit signal acquisition used TMS320F2812 logic function, display circuit and input circuit fulfilled call function, parking accurate function, floor display, etc. Its main advantage is compact structure, redevelopment ability and low price, etc. It is stability, safe and efficient, etc. It was authorized by users and has great development prospects in the market.
