摘要
哮喘的患病率和病死率不断上升,对此医学界至今仍没有一个合理的解释。本文指出食物的非特异性作用,可能是另外一个主要致病因素,或许是最重要因素。这一因素容易被忽视。并从流行病学进一步阐明。从宏观上,全世界哮喘的患病率与人群饮食中动物食品含量具有正相关。从微观上,人群膳食结构分析,西方饮食习惯与气道高反应性也是正相关。再从消化道和呼吸道之间的关系加以理论解释。
The asthma morbidity and mortality are on the rise,which have not been reasonable explained so far. This article points out that the non specific effects of food is another major etiological factor,perhaps the most important one,and it is often been overlooked. With this opinion,all the characteristics of asthma could be elucidated,including its epidemiology,celluar biology,pathophysiology and clinical phenomena.
