摘要
目的探讨羊膜移植治疗睑球粘连的疗效及影响因素。方法对42例（46眼）睑球粘连患者进行睑球粘连分离联合羊膜移植手术,随访观察12~18个月,平均15个月。结果优31/46眼（67.39%）,良7/46眼（15.22%）,差8/46眼（17.39%）。且粘连程度越重,疗效越差（P〈0.01）;干眼症越严重,疗效也越差。结论羊膜可有效重建睑球粘连分离后缺损的结膜表面,患眼术前睑球粘连和干眼程度将影响疗效。
Objective To investigate the results of amniotic membrane transplantation（AMT） for conjunctival surface reconstruction after symblpharon resection and analysis the related factors. Methods Fourty - two cases （46 eyes） with symblpharon were selcted for symblpharon resection and AMT, observation time varied from 12 to 18 months （mean value 15.0 month）. Results Deep conjunctival fornix and free of eye movement were obtained in 67.39% （31/46） of those eyes received surgery. Slight symblpharon recurrence and limited eye movement restrict were reveald in 15.22% of them（7/46）, Eight eyes of them（ 17.39% ）shown moderate recurrence of symblpharon. The effects of AMT for those patients with different degree of symblpharon and severity of dry eye had significant difference statistically. Conclusions Amniotic membrane can be used to reconstruct ocular surface effectively.
