摘要 观察了20例胎龄为4~7个月胎儿皮肤的超微结构,发现表皮细胞的超微结构变化与细胞的分化程度与胎龄有密切的关系:其中微丝束和糖原伴随细胞的分化由基底层向表层逐渐增多,游离核蛋白体及线粒体则逐渐减少;随着胎龄的增加,微丝束、透明角质颗粒、核蛋白体增加,糖原逐渐减少。还观察了周皮、表皮细胞之间的连接、基膜及真皮成纤维细胞的超微结构变化,为进一步研究国人的皮肤补充了资料。 The ultrastructural changes in the fetal skin from 4th month to 7th month were observed and the following findings were revealed.The microfilament and glycogen increased and the ribosomes and mitochondria dereased as the cells of the fetal epidermis differentiated from the basale layer to the surface layer; The microfilament, ribosomes an keratohyalin granules increased and the glycogen decreased as the fetus developed.The ultrastructural changes of the periderm, Junctions between the cells of the epidermis, basement membrane and the fibrloblasts were observed too.
