61例非体外循环冠状动脉旁路血管移植术与麻醉管理 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路血管移植术的麻醉管理。方法:选择61例(冠状脉双支病变2例,3支病变53例)行体外循环下冠状动脉旁路血管移植术配合麻醉管理。结果:除1例术中发生室颤,术后死亡,其余均通过药物支持和有效管理顺利完成手术。结论:保证充分暴露血管靶位,维持血容量,注意血压变化及时纠正心律失常是手术的关键。
