摘要
采用Maxwell-Garnett理论,计算了不同长径比Ag纳米棒复合材料的等离子体共振吸收和三阶非线性极化率增强因子随波长的变化关系,分析了单光子品质因子W和双光子品质因子T。分析得到该复合材料的共振吸收峰位以及应用于全光开关的有效波长范围(W>1和T<1)均随Ag纳米棒长径比的增大而增大。理论分析还可以定性地解释实验观测结果。
The plasma resonant absorption coefficient and the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility enhancement factor were calculated for Ag nanorod composite with different aspect ratios by Maxwell-Garnett theory. The one-photon and two-photon figures of merit W and T were analyzed. The absorption peak and the wavelength range for applications in all-optical switch (W〉1 and T〈1) shift to red with the increase of aspect ratio. The theoretical calculation qualitatively accounts for the observed experimental result,
