摘要
以亚磷酸三乙酯和季戊四醇(PE)为原料,通过酯交换反应合成了一种具有耐水解性结构的亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂八乙基季戊四醇四亚磷酸酯。考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、物料配比[n(亚磷酸三乙酯)/n(PE)]对目的产物收率的影响,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法和磷含量测定法对产物进行了分析表征。结果表明,其最优合成条件为:n(亚磷酸三乙酯)/n(PE)为4.3,催化剂有机锡的用量[n(有机锡)/n(PE)]0.035,反应时间3h;反应温度144~146℃;在此条件下,所得的八乙基季戊四醇四亚磷酸酯产物收率高于65%。
The antioxidant of octaethyl pentaerythritol tetraphosphite with excellent hydrolytic stability structure was synthesized from triethyl phosphate and pentaerythritol ( PE ) influences of catalyst and reaction temperature and ied. The structure of the by Fourier transformation results showed that the by transesterification. The its quantity, reaction time, materials ratio were studproduct was characterized infrared spectrometry. The optimum conditions were:molar ratio of triethyl phosphate to PE 4.3, molar ratio of organo - tin to PE 0.035 ,reaction time 3 h, reaction temperature 144 - 146 ℃. Under the abve conditions,the yield of octaethyl pentaerythritol tetraphosphite could be more than 65%.
