小麦品种面筋指数的遗传变异及其与其他品质性状的关系 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]为提高冬小麦面筋质量提供科学依据。[方法]选用6份冬小麦品种在山东省6个不同生态环境下进行连续2年的试验,研究不同小麦品种的环境、年份间差异,探讨基因型、环境、年份及其互作对小麦面筋指数的影响,同时分析面筋指数与其他品质性状的相关关系。[结果]各影响因子(基因型、环境、年份)及其互作对面筋指数的影响都达到极显著水平,基因型占总作用的46.24%;在相关关系中,面筋指数与蛋白质品质呈正相关,与淀粉品质(除膨胀势)呈负相关。[结论]可以通过遗传育种途径改良小麦面筋质量。 The purpose of this study was to provide scientific base to improve gluten quality of winter wheat, 6 winter wheat varieties were selected to be planted in 6 environments with different entironments in Shandong province for 2 years. The differences of wheat varieties in enviroranents and years were studied. The influences of wheat genotypes, environments, years and their interaction on gluten index were explored, and the correlativity between the gluten index and others quality characters were analyzed. The influence of factors (genotype, environment, years) and their interaction on wheat gluten were at significant level. The genotypes accounts for 46.24%. Among interactions, gluten index had the positive correlation to protein quality and the neg- ative correlation to starch quality (except for swelling power). The gluten quality characteristics of winter wheat could be improved by genetics breeding.
