摘要
基于实际使用需要的角度,介绍了配电自动化系统电源模块的特殊性;通过深入研究和分析,总结了设计中应注意的几个要点,包括器件选择、封装形式、电气隔离、工作方式设计、输入输出特性设计;设计制作了样机,对样机的输出纹波和动态响应进行了测试,并给出了测试结果;介绍了变压器绕组的绕制顺序及方法对输出纹波噪声的影响;分析了输出特性设计中的动态响应特性设计,进行了动态响应测试,对动态响应的测试结果进行了解释说明,验证了设计的可行性。
This paper introduces the specialties of power supply modules used by power distribution network. Through thorough study, the paper summarizes some key factors in the design process, such as component selection, condition of capsulation, electric isolation as well as input & output characteristics design. It describes the testing on sample devices and introduces the transformer winding order and method. The dynamic response is also analyzed in the paper.
