电路容差设计方法及其在机车司机控制器灭弧装置中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 可靠性容差设计是电路可靠性设计的重要组成部分。传统容差设计方法工作量大、实用性差,应用范围十分有限。运用容差设计方法对铁路机车司机控制器电子灭弧装置进行了可靠性容差设计,并结合EDA技术,正交实验技术、均匀实验技术以及回归分析技术等对传统方法进行了调整和改进。通过仿真分析,表明改进后的方法在该装置中的应用是行之有效的。 Reliability tolerance design is an important part of circuit reliability design. There are many disadvangtages in traditional method of reliability tolerance design, such as large workload and bad practicability. So its applied range is limited. The engine driver controller' s quenching equipment was tolerance designed. Using the EDA tecnology, orthogonal experiment technology, symmetrical experiment technology and regression analysis technology, the traditional method was simplified and adjusted. The validity of the method was proved through simulation analysis.
