摘要
[目的]探索以金银花茎藤为主要原料栽培香菇的培养基配方及菌丝生长和出菇状况。[方法]以不同含量的金银花茎藤培养基为试验组,以葡萄糖蛋白胨培养基以及栎木屑培养基为对照组,对比观察香菇菌丝生长及出菇状况。[结果]葡萄糖蛋白胨培养基的菌丝萌动和生长最快,各组培养基的菌丝生长速度差别不明显。随着培养基中金银花茎藤的增加,出菇时间和次数增加,产量提高。金银花茎藤可作为香菇种植的培养基,其适宜配方为:金银花茎藤屑200g、麸皮20g、蔗糖20g、石膏2g、水300ml或料水比1.0∶1.3。[结论]金银花茎藤含有充足的香菇菌丝生长所需的营养成分,金银花茎藤培养基可替代传统栎木屑培养基用于培养香菇。
[Objective] The aim of the study was to explore the medium formula, status of mycelial growth and fruiting of Lentinula edodes cultivated with stems and rattans of honeysuckle as main raw materials. [Method] With media containing different amounts of stems and rattans of honeysuckle as experimental group, media of glucose-peptone and oak sawdust as contrast group, the status of mycelial growth and fruiting of L. edodes were observed and compared. [Result] The mycelium on the media of glucose-peptone germinated and grew fastest and the differences of the growth speeds of mycelium was not significant among various medium groups. The fruiting time and times and the yield increased 'along with the increase of stems and rattans of honeysuckle in media. The stems and rattans of honeysuckle could be used as the L. edodes cultivation media and its proper formula was 200 g stems and rattans of honeysuckle, 20 g bran, 20 g sucrose, 2 g gypsum and 300 ml water or with ratio of.material to water of 1.0:1.3. [Conclusion] The stems and rattans of honeysuckle had sufficient nutrients for the growth of L. edodes mycelium. The media of stems and rattans of honeysuckle could replace traditional oak media in Lentinula edodes cultivation.
