摘要
采用一种新型固相反应方法——超音速气流低热固相法成功制备了超细碳酸钙。应用XRD和SEM对其进行了表征和粒径分析,结果显示制备的碳酸钙颗粒平均尺寸为0.5μm。利用差热分析技术(DTA)测试了该方法制备的超细碳酸钙的热分解动力学参数,得到了碳酸钙的表观热分解活化能为79.1845 kJ/mol,指前因子A为9.181 2×104s-1。
Ultra-fine calcium carbonate was prepared by a new method which is solid-state reaction at supersonic speed airflow. Its structure and size were characterized by XRD,DTA and SEM. The exper-imental results showed that the average size of the product particles was 0.5μm. The themal decompo-sition process of ultra-fine calcium carbonate was investigated with DTA technique,The apparent acti-vation energy Ea was 79.1845 kJ/mol and preexponential factor A was 9.1812×10^4S^-1.
