纳米ZnO/聚乙烯薄膜和纳米TiO2/聚乙烯薄膜紫外屏蔽性能的比较 被引量:6

摘要 采用母粒法,分别将纳米ZnO、TiO2粉体添加到线型低密度聚乙烯中,再经挤出吹膜系统吹塑成膜,研究了两种粉体薄膜紫外屏蔽性能的差异。结果发现:纳米ZnO、纳米TiO2两种粉体均使得聚乙烯薄膜紫外屏蔽性能有一定程度的提高,但是在相同粉体质量分数下,在不同的波段,二者的光透过能力存在差异。虽然在紫外光波段纳米ZnO阻隔效果不如纳米TiO2;但是纳米ZnO颗粒与TiO2相比,具有较好的可见光透过性,从而对纳米复合粉体应用时的透明性影响小。 Nano-ZnO and nano-TiO2 were added to LLDPE by means of masterbatching method, and then nano-ZnO/LLDPE and nano-TiO2/LLDPE membranes were made by means of extrusion blow moulding from the composites, and the difference between the UV screening properties of the two membranes was studied. The results showed the addition of the two powders of Nano-ZnO and nano-TiO2 into LLDPE membranes improved the UV screening properties of the two membranes; when the mass fractions of the two powders were the same, there existed difference between the light transmittance of the two membranes at different light wave bands. The UV barrier property of nano-ZnO was not as good as that of nano-TiO2 at UV wave band, but the light transmittance of nano-ZnO was beter than that of nano-TiO2, the effect of which on the light transmittance of the membrane was smaller.
