摘要
校长专业化建设是提高学校教育品质和校长领导能力、管理水平的必由之路。农村教育的振兴需要有一支专业化的校长队伍。当前广西农村中小学校长队伍专业化建设存在诸多不利因素。积极搭建各种活动平台,拓展校长专业化成长空间,是加强农村中小学校长专业化建设的有效举措。
School principles＇ specialization construction is a necessary way to improve the quality of school education and the principles＇ leadership. The revitalization of countryside education requires a team of specialized principles. Currently, there exist a number of unfavorable factors in specialization construction of rural primary and secondary school principals in Guangxi. The effective measures for strengthening specialization construction of rural primary and secondary school principals are to actively build various activity platforms, to broaden specialization improving space for the principles.
