摘要 目的研究0.2μm ZrO2陶瓷膜微滤白术水提液过程中的膜污染机理。方法以白术水提液为研究对象,进行膜通量测定,根据Darcy-Poiseuille定律这一过滤模型确定过滤阻力分布情况,水提液的物理化学参数,高分子含量测定,水提液膜过程前后粒径分析,同时对污染膜表面和截面的进行高分辨扫描电镜观测。结果①膜阻力主要集中在表面沉积层,浓差极化层阻力起了次要作用,膜本身的阻力及膜孔内部污染阻力所占比例比较小。并且,这与通过对SEM图像的分析所得到的结论大致相吻合。②通过高分子测定对膜污染物进行定性,定量分析可知膜污染物中分子为淀粉,鞣质,果胶,蛋白质。③白术水提液膜过程前后粒径分布情况为:原液中0.446-0.817μm的颗粒被除去,这于阻力分布图中的表面沉积层相符。结论膜孔堵塞阻力与中药水提液性质有关,通过对药液预处理,减少膜表面污染物沉积,可以有效减缓膜通量降低。 Objective To discuss the fouling mechanism of ceramic membrane in the microfihation of water extract of Bai Shu. Methods The water extract of Bai Shu was microfilted, measurement of membrane flux, the substance of the deporsition on the surface of the membrane was analysed by Fourior transform infrared spectrum. measurement of physicochemical, parameters , determination of polymer content, particle size analysis to the extract , SEM ( scanning electronic microgragh ) technology was used to study the microstructure of surface and section of new membrane. Results 1. The filtration resistance is mainly decided by the deposit resistance, the concentration polarization resistance is less important. 2. Membrane pollutants can be qualitative and quantitative analysis by determination of polymer content. 3. Particle about 0.446 -0.817 μm size are removed can be inferred by particle size analysis. Conclusion It was the relationship between the pore blocking resistance-limited and the properties of Chinese drugs water extract.
