摘要
管理类课程的实践性很强,"课内实训"这种教学新方法对提高教学效果、增强学生实践能力、激发自主学习热情具有很好的效果。从课内实训环节在管理类课程教学中的必要性分析入手,提出课内实训项目的设计原则、操作流程和成绩评定方法。通过课内实训环节的精密设计与合理实施,能够迅速提高学生对所学知识的理解和应用,达到学以致用的效果。
The management curriculum's practicalness is very strong,"inner-class real training" is a new teaching method which has a very good effect on enhancing-teaching effect, strengthening students' practical abilities and stimulating autonomous study enthusiasm. From the start of necessary analysis of inner-class real training segment in management class curriculum teaching, we have proposed design principles, operational procedures and achievements evaluation of inner-class real training project. Through inner-class real training segment's precise design and reasonable implementation, students can improve their understanding and application of knowledge that they have learnt rapidly, so as to achieve the effect of study for the purpose of application.
