摘要
目的:探讨区级医院信息系统由单纯以经济为中心的管理信息系统转向以病人为中心、以加强医疗质量管理为目标的临床信息系统的可行性。方法:在我院完成挂号、计价、收费、药房、药库、住院护士站及住院收费等系统后,逐步进行转向建立电子处方、LIS系统、PACS系统、体检系统、电子病历及医疗质量监控等面向临床的信息系统的尝试。结果:我院信息化建设全方位地促进了我院管理水平的提高。结论:实践证明:区级医院信息系统由以经济为中心的管理信息系统转向以病人为中心、以加强医疗质量管理为目标的临床信息系统是可行的,并能极大地促进医院的发展;区级医院从自身发展的需要,应紧跟时代的步伐,逐步建立起完善的信息系统,这是必然趋势。
Objective：In order to study the feasibility from builting managing information system serving for business only to builting clinical information system serving for patients and medical quality in district hospital.Methods：After finishing the registering system,the counting system,the charging system,the pharmacy system,the drug storeroom system,the nurse station system and the in-hospital charging system,My hospital try to built clinical information system including the electronic prescription system,the LIS,the PACS,the physical examination system, the electronic case history system and the medical quality supervising system,etc step by step.Results：The new clinical information system improve managing in my h o s p i t a l w h o l l y. Conclusions：The prastice proved that it is workable from builting managing information system serving for business only to builting clinical information system serving for patients and medical quality in the district hospital,And it will promote the development of hospital greatly.The district hospitals should built whole information system for the development themselves to keep up with the new times.This is the only way.
