摘要
分析了当前电子政务系统中存在的数据交换问题,及各种交换网络拓扑结构的优缺点。基于以上分析,提出了内网数据交换和专网(外网)数据交换的"星形树"网络拓扑结构,以此为基础,设计了一种松耦合、扩展性强的电子政务数据交换平台系统原型,实现异构数据库之间的透明交换,有效地解决了"信息孤岛"问题。文中的研究工作在电子政务及其他信息系统的数据交换中有一定的理论和实用价值,可为数据交换的设计提供参考。
Analyze the problem of data exchange in E- government system currently and the advantages and disadvantages of the exchange network topology structure. Based on the above analysis, proposed the spatial data exchange network topology structure, and design a E - government platform system prototype for data exchange which is loosely coupled and strong expansion, which realized the transparent date exchange between heterogeneous databases and solved the problem of "isolated islands of information" effectively. The research in the paper has definite theoretic and practical value in the field of data exchange of information system. It is a useful reference for designing the data exchange platform of information system.
