倾斜试验用于诊断儿童血管迷走性晕厥的护理

摘要 目的探讨基础直立倾斜试验（BHUT）诊断血管迷走性晕厥（VVS）的全程护理。方法对8例晕厥患者进行BHUT，试验前做好患者的心理护理，备好各项急救物品和药品；试验中严密监测患者的心率、血压；试验后告知患者试验结果和预防治疗措施。结果8例全部进行BHUT检查，阳性5例，阴性3例。其中阳性患者中血管减压型3例，混合型2例。结论医护人员应严格掌握BHUT及诊断VVS的适应证，并对试验过程进行全程护理，以保障患者安全。
