摘要
建立了由亲水性离子液体四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([Bmim]BF4)和NaH2PO4形成的双水相体系萃取光度法测定铜的新方法。研究了离子液体用量、溶液酸度、铬天青S、盐的加入量对测定的影响及共存物质对Cu2+萃取测定的影响及消除。在pH5.0~8.0范围内,离子液体双水相中铬天青S及Cu2+形成的络合物有较高的吸光度,络合比为3:1,络合物最大吸收波长位于590nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=5.16×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,Cu2+量的线性范围为0~4.0μg/mL。方法用于铝合金标准样品中铜的测定,结果与认定值相符。使用后的离子液体经过简单处理可以重复使用。
A novel method of extraction spectrophotometric determination of copper in ionic liquid aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) formed by a hydropilic ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazoliumtet- rafluoroborate([Bmim]BF4) and NaH2PO4 was developed. The effects of ionic liquid dosage, solution acidity,the dosages of chrome azurol S, salt and elimination of interference form other coexistence substances on the extraction determination of copper were studied. In the ionic liquid aqueous twophase system of pH 5.0--8.0,the complex formed by chrome axurol S and Cu2+ had high absorbance with the maximum absorption of 590 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0--4.0 μg/mL for Cu2+ with the apparent molar absorptivity of ε=5.16×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. The complex ratio of chrome azurol S and Cu2+ was 3 : 1. The method has been applied to the determination of copper in standard aluminium alloy and the results were in agreement with the certified values. The ionic liquid could be repeatedly used after simple treatment.
