摘要
提出了一种快速的氧化还原滴定法测定钢铁中钒的实用方法。采用硫酸一磷酸混合酸溶解样品,在室温下,以高锰酸钾直接氧化钒至五价,硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液滴定钒。同步消除了指示剂校正值影响;补加5mL磷酸,并冒烟3~4min,可消除100mg以下钨的干扰;亚砷酸钠、亚硝酸钠联合能还原高锰酸钾氧化钒(Ⅳ)时产生的极少量Cr(Ⅵ),使90mg以下铬不干扰钒的测定。方法用于标准钢铁样品中钒的测定,结果与认定值相吻合。
A rapid and practical redox titration method for determination of vanadium in steel was proposed. The sample was dissolved with mixed H2SO4-H3PO4. Vanadium was oxidized to V((V), and then titrated with ammonium ferrous sulfate at room temperature. The influence of indicator correction is eliminated. After 5 mL of phophorus acid was added and the sample smokes for 3--4 minutes,the influence of 100 mg of tungsten could be eliminated. Sodium arsenite and sodium nitrite was added to reduce trace amounts of Cr(Ⅵ) produced in the oxidation procedure of vanadium(Ⅳ) by potassium permanganate, 90 mg of Cr(Ⅵ) does not interfere with the determination. The method has been used to the determination of vanadium in steel and results are in agreement with the certified value.
