摘要 腺病毒肿瘤疫苗是近年来医学研究的一大热点,具有广泛的应用前景。就腺病毒肿瘤疫苗的研究现状、临床应用前景等问题做了讨论,并着重探讨了研究及临床应用中的安全性和伦理学问题。 Adenovirus vector tumor vaccine is one of the current hotspots of medical research, with wide application foreground. The article discusses the clinical application and research of recombinant adenovirus vector tumor vaccine and illuminates its security and ethical issues.
