摘要
采用社会物理学分析方法,对主城和新城之间的作用力关系及其达到稳定平衡状态所必须满足的条件进行了量化分析。提出了反映城市集聚与扩散临界点的关键变量——规模弹性系数k,并通过建立主城与新城的作用力模型得出以下判断:新城应达到一定规模,并与主城间保持一定距离,使其自身产生足够的"吸引力"以保持"生长",与主城形成稳定平衡结构。在达到平衡状态之前,政府的政策引导、公共物品引导、产业引导是必需的。
Using social physics method, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the force between the main city and new town and the conditions to achieve equilibrium. It proposes the key value "k" of scale elasticity to reflect the critical poirit from concentration to expansion. By establishing the effect model between the main city and the new town, it comes to a conclusion that the new town should reach a certain scale and keep a certain distance from the main city to make self-sufficient "attractive" and keep "growing" in order to maintain a stable equilibrium system. Before achieving this stable equilibrium, the government's policy guidance, public goods guidance, industrial guidance are all essential.
