摘要
介绍了树脂混凝土的制造工艺方法,制作了3个填充树脂混凝土的管状铸铁试件。采用试验方法测出试件的幅频响应曲线,通过半功率带宽法计算出试件的阻尼率。对试件的阻尼率进行了比较,可为设计动态特性良好的机床支承件提供参考。
The manufacturing process method of resin concrete was introduced. Three tubular cast iron components filled resin concrete were fabricated. The frequency response curve of components was tested through experiment. Half power bandwidth method was used in calculating damping rate of components. The damping rate differences between components were discussed.
