The design method of combined moulding part and side core-pulling mechanism of the mould was expounded via the design of the injection mould for the lock bracket of bicycle. The determination of the parting surface and the selection of the side core-pulling direction of the mould were discussed. The structure of the mould was also introduced in detail.
