摘要
采取可编程控制器(PLC)控制电动机Y-△转换启动可以有效改善原有启动方式的缺陷。通过详述电动机Y-△降压启动控制的工作原理、设计要求,设计了PLC代替硬接线的逻辑控制电路和程序设计,并进行了控制方法和程序的分析。在教学、生产实际的成功运行表明,PLC控制电动机Y-△降压启动效果明显,达到设计要求,对同类型电动机改造有参考价值。
The application of PLC to controlling motor's shift Y-△ starting will overcome efficiently the flaws of former type of starting. By elaborating the principles and demands for design of motor Y-△ reduced-voltage starting,PLC logical circuits and computer programmes are deigned to be substituted for hard wiring and the controlling method and the programmes are explained. The successful use of reduced-voltage starting in teaching and production proves that this method is significantly effective ,meet the demands of design and has reference value to the reform of same sort of motors.
