摘要
当前,内需不足已成为中国经济进一步发展的主要制约因素。同时,近年来国内各地区的住宅价格持续攀升,致使城市居民背上了沉重的财务负担。本文以经济发展及产业理论为指导,从内需的视角出发,对当前国内住宅高价对经济发展的影响进行了分析,并针对住宅市场的政策及措施进行了分析和探讨。
Currently, the insufficiency of domestic demand has been a main factor restricting further development of China economy. At the meantime, the ever raising housing price in different places in China these several years has lead to a heavy financial burden upon the citizens. Guided by the Economical Development and Industry Theories, this paper analyses the effect of the high housing price upon economic development at the angle of domestic demand, and further discusses the policies and measures concerning the housing market.
