摘要
目的:对比非手术方法治疗成人反患者矫治前后的头影测量分析结果,从而确定此种方法的疗效。方法:选用常规拔除前磨牙方法,利用标准方丝弓矫治技术辅以多曲方丝弓技术治疗恒牙期骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者15例。通过头影测量分析方法,比较治疗前后患者颅颌变化。结果:①上下颌骨变化较少,上下前牙变化显著。②L1-NB平均减少6.17°;L1-NB(mm)平均减少4.34mm;U1-NA平均增大5.69°;U1-NA(mm)平均增大3.33mm。③下前牙显著舌倾和远中移动,上前牙唇倾和唇向移动。④前牙反解除。结论:非手术方法治疗成人反患者,通过牙齿的移动和角度变化,可取得相对满意疗效。
Objective To compare the results of cephalometrics analysis before with after orthodontic treatment to ensure the effect when adult crossbite was treated by means of nonoperative treatment. Methods To extract four premolars. Edgewise appliance with MEAW was adopted to treat 15 patients of true skeletal Classlll malocclusion. X- ray Cephalometrics was adopted to compare patients changes of skull and jaw before with after the orthodontic treatment. Results ①The maxilla and mandible didn＇t change distinctly. But there was significant change in the anterior teeth. ②L1-NB decreased by 6.17°. L1-NB decreased by 4.34mm. UI-NA increased by 5.69°. UI-NA increased by 3.33mm. ③The lower anterior teeth moved lingually and distally. The upper anterior teeth moved and inclined labially. ④Anterior crossbite was corrected. Conclusion To treat adult crossbite by means of nonoperative treatment i.e. the movement and angular changes of teeth can obtain satisfying effect.
