同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白、脂蛋白(a)和D-二聚体对冠心病的临床意义 被引量:16

摘要 目的了解同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]和D-二聚体(DD)对冠心病的临床意义。方法检测120例冠心病患者及40例健康人(对照组)血清总同型半胱氨酸(tHcy)、hsCRP、LP(a)和血浆DD的水平。结果冠心病患者血清tHcy、hsCRP、LP(a)和血浆DD的水平显著高于对照组(p<0.01),急性心肌梗死患者的上述4项指标高于不稳定型心绞痛患者,不稳定型心绞痛患者高于稳定型心绞痛患者,组间比较差异均具统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论冠心病患者血清tHcy、LP(a)、hsCRP和血浆DD水平随着病情发展不断升高,密切监测其变化,对冠心病的预防、早期诊断及动态监测有着重要的临床。 Objective To study the clinical significance of Hcy,hs-CRP, LP(a) and DD on Coronary Heart Disease. Methods Testing the general level of Hcy, hs-CRP, LP(a) and DD of 120 patients with Coronary Heart Disease and40 healthy subjects(control group). Results The level of tHcy、hsCRP、LP(a) and DD in Coronary Heart Disease group was much higher than that in control group(p 〈0.01). It in patients with acute myocardial infarction was higher than that in patients with unstable angina which was higher than the patients'with stable angina. The difference among them was statically significant. Conclusion The level of tHcy、LP(a)、hsCRP and DD on Coronary Heart Disease was constantly increasing with disease development. It has the important clinical significance for CHD to prevent,early Diagnosis and Ddnamic monitor that close clinical monitoring its change.
