摘要
目的探讨单侧声带麻痹的手术治疗方法。方法应用回顾性研究方法,对1987～1994年间以一色信彦甲状软骨成形术为基础进行手术治疗54例单侧声带麻痹患者的临床资料进行总结分析。手术方式包括ⅠA型、ⅠB型、ⅠA+Ⅳ型和ⅠB+Ⅳ型。结果总有效率52例(96%),无效2例;术后随访时间最长者4年。结论就单侧声带麻痹的手术治疗而言,甲状软骨成形术的疗效肯定而且操作安全。但须严格把握手术适应证。
Objective To explore the surgical techniques for the treatment of unilateral vocal cord paralysis based on a clinical trial. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 54 cases with unilateral vocal cord paralysis treated in our Hospital from 1987 to 1994, with their lesion treated by surgical procedures of thyroplasty, in order to sum up clinical experience with this condition through careful analysis on their associated clinical data. The operating procedures performed in this group of patients could be divided into four types, i.e. type Ⅰ A, type Ⅰ B, type Ⅰ A plus Ⅳ and type ⅠB plus Ⅳ. Results By the end of following up period lasted for two years, it was shown that the total effective rate was 96% （52/54 ） for this group of patients, only 2 cases failed as seen during the therapeutic course, with the longest following up period being 4 years for some of these cases. Conclusions For the operating treatment of unilateral vocal cord paralysis, the surgical procedures of thyroplasty are not only effective with surety, but also safe for performance, while it should be put into practice only following a strict case screening program for their appropriate indicators.
