摘要
医学院"生评教"活动质量不高,这与学校的组织有很大关系,主要表现在医学院"生评教"活动不够规范,存在着学校组织宣传力度不够;问卷设计不够合理;调查全过程不够规范等问题,没有很好地起到其促进教学,保证教学质量本该有的作用。本文试着回答这些问题,使医学院相关人员有一个更清楚的认识。
Medical colleges have low quality of the assessment of students to teachers, which is quite relative with the organization of the college, which is mainly manifested in the irregular activity of the assessment of students to teachers. There are not effective in pro- moting the rules of the activity, not enough reasons of the design of the questionnaire and not regularity of the entire process of investigating such issues. The activity of the assessment does not play a role in promoting teaching of the medical college and ensure the quality of teaching. This paper tried to answer these questions, so that the medical college officials have a better understanding.
