摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法(Problem-based Learning,PBL)在护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法将我院120名护理实习生随机分为两组:60名采用临床路径式带教方法作为对照组,另外60名采用PBL教学法作为实验组,在出科前进行考核,同时对PBL组的实习生进行问卷调查,比较分析两组护理实习生的理论、操作、病历书写成绩以及综合成绩。结果实验组护理实习生的理论成绩(92±1.6)、病历书写成绩(94±3.5)及综合成绩(93±3.4)均明显高于对照组护理实习生的理论成绩(88±3.0)、病历书写成绩(86±4.6)及综合成绩(88±4.7),比较均有显著性差异(p<0.05)。问卷调查PBL组的所有同学都认为PBL教学法能激发学习兴趣,提高自学能力以及分析解决问题的能力;96.7%的同学认为PBL教学法有助于培养评判性思维能力。结论PBL教学法在护理临床带教中的应用,有利于培养护理实习生的自学能力和评判性思维能力,显著提高了护理临床带教质量。
Objective The paper discussed the applying effect of teaching method of PBL (problem-based on learning) used in nursing clinic practice teaching. Method 120 nursing practice students in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 60 students were selected as contrast group that was tutored with clinical pathway method of clinical practice teaching; the other 60 students were selected as experiment group that was tutored with teaching method of PBL. All of them were tested at the end of study in our hospital, at the same time, the practice students in experiment group were asked for questionnaire, and finally the scores of theory, practice and case history writing as well as integrative score were contrasted and analyzed. Result The nursing practice students in experimental group got obviously higher scores of theory and case history writing as well as integrative score than those of the students in contrast one, the contrast was remarkably different(p 〈 0.05 ) ; all the students in experiment group whom was asked for questionnaire believed that the teaching method of PBL could activate learning interest and improve abilities of self-study and analyze as well as solve problem; 96.7% practice students in the experiment group believed that the teaching method of PBL could help to cultivate ability to judge thought. Conclusion The application of teaching method of PBL in nursing clinical practice teaching could help to cuhivate self-study and judge thought ability for nursing practice student, and remarkably improve the quality of nursing clinical practice teaching.
