摘要
实验观察发现白酒的显微形态结构能够反映白酒内在的品质和等级。为此提出了一种基于微观形态的白酒质量测控系统方案。以白酒显微形态图像信息为桥梁,将白酒内在的、微观的变化规律和特点同白酒宏观的酒质级别关联起来,利用白酒显微形态信息从微观上把握白酒的分级和生产工艺的控制。应用粗集理论结合神经网络技术,构建出白酒质量测控系统学习子系统、应用子系统和质量控制子系统等框架结构,并进行了应用展望。
It was found that the intrinsic quality and grading of Chinese liquor could be reflected in its microstructure obtained by observation. A systematic scheme for the quality assessment and control of spirit based on microstructure was proposed in this paper. The information contained in the micrograph of liquor served as a bridge, which connected the inherent microcosmic characteristics and macroscopical quality level of Chinese liquor, then the grading and process control of Chinese liquor could be achieved. The structure of learning, application and quality control sub-system of the distilled spirit grading and production control system were constructed using rough set theory and artificial neural network, prospect of the application of this method was discussed.
