摘要
针对地铁空调冷却水系统的特殊要求,提出了喷雾间接蒸发冷却器与喷雾间接蒸发冷却冷凝器两种方案,简要分析了两种方案的工作原理和节能效果,计算表明,采用喷雾冷却设备替代1台600m3/h机械通风冷却塔时,在不考虑冷却塔运行费用的基础上,仅冷却塔补水水费一项每年就可节约17万元。
In view of the special demand of underground railway air conditioning for its cooling water system, puts forward two schemes--the spray indirect evaporative cooler and the spray indirect evaporative cooling condenser. Briefly analyses the working principle and energy saving effects of the two schemes, The calculation results show that when the spray cooling equipment is adopted to replace the mechanical ventilation cooling tower with water flow volume of 600 ma/h, and the operating cost of the cooling tower is neglected, about ¥ 170 000 each year can be saved only in the makeup water expenses.
