摘要
提出了蒸发式冷凝器用于集中空调系统的方法,分析了3种蒸发式冷凝空调的特点。实验结果表明,扭曲管相对于圆管和椭圆管,可平均分别提升机组制冷量4.2%~5.3%和2.4%~3.0%,减少压缩机功耗14.1%~16.0%和6.5%~9.8%;在实际应用中,地区气候差异的影响不超过10%,蒸发式冷凝空调可比其他冷凝式空调体积减小20%以上,节能25%以上。
Proposes a new central air conditioning system involving the evaporative condenser, and analyses the characteristics of three kind of evaporative condensing air conditioning systems. The test results show that the refrigeration capacity of the system with twisted tube is 4.2 to 5.3 percent and 2.4 to 3.0 percent better than those with round tube and oval tube respectively, while the power consumed by the compressor 14.1 to 16.0 percent and 6.5 to 9.8 percent less, and the total performance of the new air conditioning system in the South region has a decrease no more than 10% compared to the North region, and the volume of new evaporative condenser is smaller by over 20 percent than air condensers or water condensers, while energy saving is above 25 percent.
